Jen has been working in the film and advertising industry for over 18 years now, developing and producing multimillion-dollar content for global brands and clients, including commercials, films, TV series, and more. She is associated with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (Oscars®), the Television Academy (Emmy®), and the Visual Effects Society (VES).
As a Film & Television Producer, Jen leads teams of filmmakers through every stage of the development and execution process. She has played a pivotal role in managing, mentoring, and supporting directors, writers, actors, and other creatives from all over the world.

She is a Managing Partner and Executive Producer at Hunters House Entertainment Group, an American entertainment company headquartered in Los Angeles. The company comprises a visual effects and animation studio, a production house, and a talent agency.
Jen is also a Founder & President of iFilm Festival, a non-profit film festival dedicated to supporting independent filmmakers' careers.
As a strategic advisor, Jen advises on all matters within the scope of entertainment, media, marketing, advertising, recruiting, executive coaching, and business strategy. She provides strategic guidance to a number of global consulting firms and brands, including GLG, Guidepoint, AlphaSights, Lynk Global, and more.
