Our courses run monthly, with a new group of participants starting on the first Sunday of each month.

IS THERE A SPECIFIC SCHEDULE FOR THE COURSE, OR CAN I GO AT MY OWN PACE?

You'll be receiving video course materials on Sundays for four weeks. These materials cover the week's topics and exercises and are designed to help you progress in your personal development journey.

You will need to watch each week's video materials by the following Friday to ensure you maximize the value you're getting. Jen hosts a group video session on Fridays.

This format continues for four consecutive weeks, providing a structured and supportive environment for your learning and growth.

ARE THERE ANY ASSIGNMENTS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE DURING THE COURSE?

Completing assignments is optional. However, we recommend that you complete one assignment per week at the bare minimum to extract more value from the course.
